Are the medical facilities in Wappinger good for expectant mothers?

There are clinics in the area, but no hospitals, so childbirth at a maternity ward would be happening up in the City of Poughkeepsie at Vassar Brothers or St. Francis.

To be honest, the only specialists I'm aware of are either in Fishkill or in Poughkeepsie; don't know of any in Wappinger. Still, it's not very far, so mothers-to-be aren't distant from good care.
