Are there many bike paths in Chelsea? Can you easily get most places by bicycle?

I have seen some websites that map out bike routes through Chelsea, but they're all on public roads, not their own bike paths. I don't know of any that exist here otherwise. The most prominent bike path we have around here is the Dutchess County Rail Trail, and to my knowledge that doesn't come anywhere near Chelsea.

Of course, that doesn't prevent you from taking your bike onto those roads and getting around. Chelsea isn't very big so I'll say that it's doable to get around it by bike.
