Are there still a lot of vacant or foreclosed homes in Wappingers?

I found 16 foreclosed homes listed in Wappingers Falls, and evidently 2.5% of the total number of houses there are vacant. You wouldn't know this from driving around, you don't see obviously empty houses. Real estate people tell me the local market is inching back up, so maybe this trend won't continue.
