Best Thai Food in Seattle?

Where is the best Thai food restaurant in Seattle for Buddha Ruksa (crispy garlic chicken) as well as some of the other Thai favorites like Pad Thai. I have heard Tom Yum Koong is good but have never eaten there and need to look up and see where they are located and if they deliver. I have eaten at Mae Phim like every other Seattle resident but am growing tired of it. It is cheap, like $6 for every dish, but I need something different. Where do you suggest?
