The one thing I hate about getting higher in Manhattan is the lack of good and wholesome food options. You'll find every fast food restaurant known to man on or near this street. The prices are also higher than they are downtown, which is sad, because this is a lower income section of town. In terms of housing, most of it is run down and it may not be the most desirable to place to live in the city.
