What Chicago neighborhoods are similar to West Englewood? I am looking to move to Chicago soon.

Um... go somewhere else. West Englewood is similar to other dangerous neighborhoods like Greater Grand Crossing, Englewood and Woodlawn. You can find better elsewhere.

Englewood has always been one of the highest crime parts of the city. If you're moving to the city soon, this is not the place for you. There are improvements being made, but it is still not quite there yet. It is similar to a lot of the surrounding high crime south side neighborhoods.
