"Busy street close to everything."

West Kilpatrick Street runs parallel to Broad Street/Hwy 80 in Mineola. Along this busy street there can be found a gas station, and a doctor's office, along with many residential homes. Shopping, dining and entertainment experiences are all just blocks away. West Kilpatrick Street is frequently used to bypass the red lights in the downtown area and to get from the west side of town to other points off the main road, therefore this is one of the busiest residential streets on the west side on Mineola.
