"West LA is One of the Keys to the City."
West Los Angeles is a gem of an area, topped by its central accessibility to the rest of Los Angeles. Just minutes from Santa Monica Beach and local to Venice, and Malibu, it has a great mixture of all kinds of people from all backgrounds. There are a variety of world-class restaurants from traditional to ethnic. Also an ideal place for tourists, close to landmarks, museums such as Getty Center, great movie theaters, shopping malls for folks with young kids, and excellent schools(Public & Private). There are ample routes through the area to take you anywhere your heart desires, not to mention libraries, gyms, places of warship, and the nice people who live in the area.
Pros
- Accesibility to rest of the city. Should be called the Heart of LA.
- Restaurants galore, schools, gyms, shopping, and places of worship.
- Stone's throw from Brentwood, Westwood, Santa Monica, Century City, Mar Vista, Culver City, and Marina Del Ray.
Cons
- there aren't any.
