Average rents In Lakeview

What are the average rents in the lakeview area? I'm from out of town and looking to relocate to the lakeview area. I saw a few studio apartments for $850-$900 and thought that was pretty reasonable. Any recommendation where a single guy could get an apartment in Wrigleyville?

Most studios are going for 900-1000, depending on the time of year you look. Search for sublets on craigslist for deals.

That is an reasonable range for a studio. You could connect with a real estate agent or an apartment finding service to help find what you are looking for in a home.
