West Patten St, Mineola

West Patten Street appears to be a very nice neighborhood, nice homes, quiet people, and clean yards. The trouble when considering West Patten Street as a place to call home is the fact that the Mineola Schools are at the west end of the street, which means extrememly heavy traffic from mid-August to late May. Perhaps it is the proximity to the schools that cause most of the residents here to seem to prefer keeping to themselves, but once you get them talking, they are very friendly.
