Are the townhomes around Hidden Lake in south Westminster nice and affordable?

I guess it would all depend on your definition of nice and affordable. Of the townhomes that have sold in the past 6 months, the range is from 53,000 to @ 232,000. The one that sold for 53,000 is more than half the price as the next cheapest at @ 123,000. So on average (excluding the outlier at 53,000), they sell for around 175,000 (and a median price of @ 189,000). Many of these higher price properties were sold as brand new units built by Century Communities. For all of the mentioned townhomes, you can expect @ 2-3 bedrooms, @2-3 bathrooms, and @ 1,500 sq feet.
