Can anyone tell me about the Country Club Highlands in Westminster?

For example, the average home price and square foot. Is it close to Standly lake?

Country Club Highlands is a newer subdivision just east of Federal Parkway and north of 120th avenue. Prices generally begin in the upper 400's and go to mid 600's. Mostly new homes being built by Century Communities. Not really close to the Standley Lake area.
