"nice spot for families and older people"
my uncle used to live on this street. he paid for my college tuition and had more than enough money to do so. it is a pretty quiet area and most of the people who live here are older people with a lot of money either living with their spouse alone or raising a family. my uncle was also big into golf, and almost everyone on the street shared that same interest. lots of cool stuff in the area, like a ymca, and was very easy for me to find a job within 5 miles of the house over the summer.

"World-class community to raise a family, shop, work and play."
Great neighbors - some retirees play golf most of the time, others have hobbies that keep them away from the home, others travel, I work out of my home and so do others too. We are 1.5 mile from Interstate I-4 and within 2 miles we have two new county parks and 1 private park, two outstanding elementary schools, one middle school coming soon, Disney/Epcot This is a gated community with staffed security guards 24/7. Within 5 miles of my street we have two High Schools, two YMCA (one has an Olympic size pool, a new Gold Gym, famous Sandlake Restaurant Row with nearly 100 establisments, Sea World, Universal Studios, New Millenia Mall (Ikea, Bloomingdales, Macys, etc.), Florida Turnpike, Orlando Convention Center, Prime Outlets, and famous Bay Hill Country Club. These are Villas-type homes with small front and back yards which are maintained by professional landscapers that are paid from the quarterly maintenance fee We have a community swimming pool and tennis courts. We are an easy 29 minute ride to the Orlando Airport. You know you have good neighbors but is not overbearing. We live here since 2000 and can not find a better place to live. Although we have security guards at the gate day and night we also pay the county sheriff to pratolour private streets day and night. There are 3 subdivisions onced you come through the gates. These are the Villas, we have another sudivision more appropriate for small children but theye have to maintain their own yards. That is the middle priced homes $600K to $800K..The third subdivision has the much larger homes and as the middle one has auite a few families with children and those homes range in price from $900K to over $3000K. I thnk there are afew Disney executives witin our Turtle Creek Community.
