How's the area around the Flatbush/Prospect Park South?

Albemare Road and Ocean ave is okay, there are other surrounding streets that are more "shady". There was a shooting not to long ago exactly on Albermare and Ocean, but it was because of an altercation, so if you stay out of trouble and mind your business, you'll be fine. I usually avoid east 19 street, between Albemare and Beverly because there are usually some shady characters outside sometimes looking for trouble. East 21 street - definitely stay away from.
