Are property management companies stringent w/ requirements for prospect tenants?
I'm just curious to know if you truly need an entire $10,000 in your checking verification, plus 40 times rent for annual income, plus all the other background, reference checks, etc...
If I already live in NYC, are they just as stringent when attempting to move to a new neighborhood (vs from outside NY state)?
