1st St Northwest, North Capitol Street

I was lost in this part of town. While a lot of it is trendy and chic and everything urban your heart's desire, it is also a bit rundown. It is considered part of the old city, and is close to chinatown, and close to parts of georgetown university. It is seedy looking, however, and there are a lot of old, rundown buildings and a lot of people loitering on corners and in front of stores.
