"Wonderful Downtown Monroe Location."
Tenth Street is great! I lived here for 11 years. My son moved there at 1 and we moved away when he was 11. My daughter was born and raised there (so to speak). We left in 99 and I still miss it in 08. There is sidewalk up and down 10th street, with personable pedestrians. The street itself is about 1/2 way only one way, on both ends it's 2 way traffic. If you walk on down a patch of it you will enjoy the walk and probably wouldn't mind shoveling it either. (Only if you haven't shoveled somewhere else first! ;). Feel free you mention what you like about 10th street too!
