106th Ave
"Busy Summer around Belmont"
106th is one of the busier streets in this area during the summer because of the Belmont racing track. Hope that you are on foot here, because there will be virtually no parking, and it will be very difficult to get around by car, especially during mid day. To get something to eat or drink though, you will most likely have to get inside the race track, as the area is mostly residential.

106th Ave
"A Nice Family Street"
With various small businesses and a small church, this homey block in Queens was a nice shift from some of its more unattractive neighbors. I liked the feel of the street, though having a car is commonplace. There are a lot of cute houses and families here, and I think it would be a good place to settle for those looking closeness to the city without having to live in the city, though you would probably have a long commute to midtown. I think that this is a good place for families with children as it wasn't very loud and seemed quite safe.
