109th St, North Corona

East 109th Street is filled with small service oriented businesses. Mainly residential, this street and this neighborhood had a lot of great offerings and a nice feel, but it was a little dirty and slightly busy. The street is well connected, with buses and metros running throughout the neighborhood. All in all, I liked this street and think it should be considered on your move to Brooklyn.

Another block. Another school. There are actually quite a few schools on this street, and quite a few businesses. The traffic on the street was heavy and I think having a car here is almost necessary, as the nearest metro station is located 10 or 15 streets away.
