144th St, College Point

North Drive is a nice mainly residential street near the water in a great and more affluent section of Queens. Though other streets nearby might have more to offer in the way of dining and shopping, this street is a nice place to call home. You won't find much in terms of cheap housing here, but you will get a break from the city, which can be nice at times.

Malba Drive is a nice street in a great neighborhood in Brooklyn. It's mainly residential and with the beautiful homes in this neighborhood, you'll be hard pressed to make a complaint about this wonderful street. I think that this might be one of my favorite new neighborhoods I've visited here in the city and think that it would be a nice place to live.
