"Powell's Cove Boulevard"
Powell's Cove Boulevard, located near small but scenic Francis Lewis Park, is filled with trees and a wonderful atmosphere. Flushing in a nice section of the city and filled with a more family oriented vibe. With many small service oriented shops and store, this is a great place to live if you're thinking of living and working in the city, but want your home to be an oasis from the hustle and the bustle. All in all, a beautiful street in a nice neighborhood.

"Great place to visit on a first date"
This area has to be the most romantic area to spend some quiet time with someone your dating. At night you can view the lights that's on the Whitestone bridge, the ocean is right in front view even Laguardia airport is in the distance. The plans would fly over head and the sound of ocean crashing is very relaxing. The neighboorhood is a rich area. House here goes easily for over $350,000 or more for a one family house. I love this area as it's a nice spot to relax and just park your car around the park area below the bridge. Few years back, the area around the bridge was under Army watch since 9/11. Now it has opened up again for people to drive in and park. If anyone plan to move here, it would be a nice area for Junior high or High school since both area rated pretty nicely compared to other Junior high or High school in Queens.
