With small businesses and housing options, this street shares the convenience of the nearby streets. I think that this street in Brooklyn is great: with kind people, limited noise, and accessibility, this street is a nice haven from the city. I think that with the nearby metro on 55th Street, and the general feel of the street, this was a real find in a nice section of Brooklyn.

56th Street did not have the amount of traffic or businesses as nearby Queen Boulevard, but it did have convenience. As many of its neighboring streets did, this street was quiet, though it was a bit rundown and there wasn't really a lot going on.
