"Quiet, calm, inexpensive"
63rd street is right at the junction between Bensonhurst, Dyker Heights, and Boro Park. It doesn't have a strong identity of its own, but the area is calm and comfortable. The N train stops nearby and runs express into the city. There are cute single family homes and comfortable apartment buildings. Two grocery stores and several bodegas are accessible. This is also quite near Brooklyn Chinatown.
