90th Ave
"On 90th Avenue"
This fractured street in Queens had a lot to offer in terms of small businesses. There's also a school here. I liked the feel of this street. It was kind of noisy though (highway nearby), and the street is broken up several times, so it's not a straight walk through. I didn't like the limited housing I saw here, but the families in the neighborhood seemed comfortable here.
90th Ave
"Rufus King Avenue"
Rufus King Avenue runs between Sutphin Avenue and 150th Street and has the benefit of Rufus King Park, a nice park in Queens. This park brought some life to the neighborhood. I love parks in the city as in the summer, the concrete makes it seem like it will last forever. In this park, many people were relaxing, reading, playing with children, and enjoying the convenience of the park in their neighborhood. Rufus King Avenue is a mainly residential street with a few nice homes and places to live. All in all, this is a nice place to live.
