A St, Upper B Street

Don't let the cute banners on the street signs fool you. This street is not meant to be a community street. Litter clutters the open areas of greenery, the shops are in run-down buildings that need to be rebuilt and the crowd is certainly questionable. The most ironic thing about this street is that street itself was repaved. I don't understand why they would repave the street and not focus on cleaning up the trash and getting rid of some of the debris on the buildings. Who names a street the beginning letter of the alphabet? I don't care for this street and I would not recommend visiting it if you don't need to. Don't even bother coming to this street when it get's dark.
