Abingdon Ave
"Decent street for families"
Abingdon Avenue is a nice street overall. It is mostly townhomes with some single family homes mixed in. I would consider it a middle income, blue collar neighborhood. The homes are well kept and I have never seen any trash or refuge lying around (minus one small area in the lower 300's going into the upper 200's). The road can get busy however on the upper end especially so it is important to watch children and pets and even better to have a fenced in yard. There are bus stops so getting around isn't a problem and things are close by. It is a decent family street and people seem friendly enough, if you wave or nod they will return the gesture.
