"This is THE residential block for kensington."
One of the first developed blocks in the area now known as kensington ( 1905ish ) Right between ocean parkway and mcdonald ave. Alot of beautiful historic victorian/colonials, much like its other half in ditmas park.Has a few very nice co-op/condos on the end near ocean parkway. Parking is usually fairly easy. Not too crowded, very quiet. well maintained, alot of greenery. No better block to live on in kensington other than prestigious albemarle road.
