"Quiet street filled with young professionals and newer condos"
My brother lived in a smaller one bedroom one bath condo on Albion Place N for several years when he was just out of college. The area for the most part is filled with newer condos, with the exception of an occasional single family home. I remember the street being quiet, especially at night, and the neighbors were young professionals. There didn't seem to be a lot of kids in the area, in fact, I don't recall seeing even one child. The street is not close to schools or parks, but is within walking distance to Burke Gilman Trail. The neighbors always seemed friendly and one nice man once helped me with some groceries when I was struggling to carry ten bags at once for fear of the dreaded second trip! Albion Place is close to shopping and area restaurants and most residents of the street travel by foot.

"Short street with great character"
This is a small street that only extends a few blocks, connecting N. 34th St. and Bridge Way. It has some cute houses and some businesses along the street. Lots of character and interesting things to look at. There's also a bus stop for the #16 Metro bus at the north end of the street which is handy.

"Close to all the action"
Albion Place is full of medium-sized condo complexes with a few, older, single family homes tucked in between. It also borders a commercial area, although these structures are disappearing quickly in favor of condos. It is super-convenient to downtown Seattle, and is within walking distance to the fun, quirky, Fremont area with lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and clubs. Great place for active people who want to live close to everything Seattle has to offer in a relatively quiet, safe neighborhood. One low-income housing project already exists on this street, and one is being built currently, as the Fremont neighborhood association is committed to providing affordable housing within this VERY competitive, expensive area. Overall a great place to live with decent parking options. Very quiet at night, although can get very busy on weekends during the summer when Fremont festivals are happening. Quiet neighbors appear to be mostly young professionals or grad students attending local University of Washington. Not many kids, and the nearest park is not within easy walking distance for children. Extremely close to the Burke-Gilman trail for bike-riding and access to Lake Union and GasWorks Park.
