"Live like a king on a pauper's wage!"
I loved living on this street! All of my neighbors were super friendly, but, no one got in each other's business. Although the complex this street is located in is large, hardly any one was ever at the pool, hot tub or barbeque area when I wanted to use them. The area is beautifully landscaped with rich green grass and tall, leafy trees. Huntington Harbor is a short walk away where you can enjoy the view of the canals and million dollar homes.
If you can rent or own a property in this complex, go for it! Considering the location, these condos are going cheap! This is partially due to the fact that they exist on leased land, so, either factor that monthly cost into your mortgage, or rent and let your landlord worry about it.
The location is great because you get to be a part of Huntington Beach and Huntington Harbor with no traffic. Most people don't even know this area exists! And across the street from you is the Naval Station which is quiet and empty all the time.
There are always tons of places to park because the complex is really good about making sure visitor spaces stay free for visitors as everyone has at least one garage space and a driveway space for parking.
I regret selling my place there, but, that land lease was hefty!
