"Business District of Aldine"
Aldine Road is a fairly well traveled road during daylight hours and extremely quiet at night. It's main attraction is Aldine North Center, a mall outlet filled with many businesses, restaurants and shops. The main cross road would be Aldine Westfield Road which leads to the suburban part of the neighborhood. Most of the residents that live in this area commonly call it Aldine, almost like a small village in the middle of Houston. The people are very close knit and friendly, but basically keep to themselves. Many elderly couples live in this area and congregate for coffee every morning at a small diner located in the outlet center. And even though this neighborhood is located in the heart of Houston, the residents of Aldine rarely venture beyond Aldine for even there most basic needs.
