Absolutely! Alexandria is a super friendly, super safe place to live. I moved here about two years ago, and it didn't take me long to get to know a few people. What makes this better is that even the people I don't know are nice and welcoming. You go into a store and don't know the lady behind the counter? No big deal! She'll still be warm and friendly!
