"Decent Street"
There is not too much to say about Alma Street - it is located near downtown Menlo Park, which means more moderate homes next to a desirable area. As a result, real estate can be expensive, square foot by square foot, but you'll also find condos here. Alma runs parallel to El Camino Real which means there is a lot of feeder traffic, but the traffic is always better.
One thing to be aware of is that it is adjacent to the Caltrain, which means noise most hours of the day, but also means that you can conceivably get to San Francisco without ever stepping into your car. There is one park nearby.
