"Plenty Going On..."
Given the proximity to the 101 and the Dumbarton Bridge, the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Willow Road is traffic (as is the case with most of Silicon Valley!) There are certainly some ethnic eateries along the way, which undoubtedly can be attributed to the cultural overflow from East Palo Alto.
Other attractions from Willow Road include a cheap gas station right next to the 76, and the Arbor Free Clinic, a medical facility that offers free services from 10 AM to 2 PM on Sundays (come early if you want to take advantage of this). The further southwest you go, the more of a leafy suburb this road becomes.

"More garden and isalnd food you must try"
The Sunset Gardens is located here, from the people who put out sunset Magazine. The tours are self guided and best of all it’s free. So you can take as much time here as you like. Expert hands have planted and kept this garden nice. There is also a gift shop where you can buy the magazines.
On the other end of the street is Back A Yard Caribbean American Grill. They have some great meat dishes some kind of unique that you don’t see other places like the Oxtail I’ve seen those in store but only gave them to my dogs but they taste great in this soup. Also love the plantains and jerk chicken.
There is a hospital and clinic in the area too.
