Alta Loma Dr, Rancho Buri Buri / Sterling Manor

I drive through Alta Loma Dr almost every day, whether it is for connecting to El Camino Real, for errands, or for a quick food pickup at KFC or Long John Silver's. The street is lined with family homes up and down all the way to Arroyo, and it connects many residential streets to a small commercial area near El Camino Real and Arroyo with the aforementioned restaurants, as well as businesses ranging from insurance to medical supplies. The street gives more of a feel of a thru-way as opposed to a residential street, so getting to know most of your neighbors may be a bit difficult. As a result, there is more traffic on this street than most of the surrounding residential area, as people use it to connect to Arroyo or El Camino, but not so much as a city street for example. It is quiet most of the time, mostly lined with single-story homes, possibly great for investing and adding on to the homes (maybe making it into a two-story home) for resale.
