"Decent place to live"
Love living close to McLaren Park and Crocker Amazon ball fields. Love the hiking trails and open space. Great little golf course in the park with AMAZING views of the bay. Amazon Avenue is a fairly quiet street. Area close to Church of the Epiphany has a decent number of trees. Working on getting greener with FUF. Parking on the streets directly surrounding the church is tough on Sunday late morning and sometimes on Saturday evening. But if you don't live directly across from the church in that block, or if you park in your garage, you're OK. I think there's less garbage on this street than others such as Persia. Some neighbors take really good care of their property, others not so much, like so many other places around the city. Public transit one block over down Geneva to Balboa Bart is pretty sweet. Clean and frequent buses, but it's also only a 15-20 minute walk from Moscow straight down Geneva to BART, if you want to get a little exercise. Dark Horse is s decent restaurant/pub on Geneva within easy walking distance.
Pros
