"pretty street, near park"

Astoria Park South is a pretty, tree lined street that runs right down to the waterfront in Queens. It goes right by Astoria Park, which has a really nice track and tennis courts. This is a really nice safe area in a desirable location, but can be a little congested at times. It seemed to be a pleasant place to live.

"Good Ol Queens"

18th street is a wonderful place in Queens. It's peaceful and quiet. It's also a very safe place to live. Being a short small street everybody knows everybody and it's a very close knit seeming neighborhood and community.
