"Great Demographics!"
This neighborhood has most certainly had its ups and downs over the years. As a resident over the years I have watched college students graduate from Manhattan College and decide to stay in the area due to the beautiful park and great rental prices. Beautiful new bars are popping up left and right (including the lovely new Bottom Line-haha). People are beginning to believe that they finally deserve to be in an establishment with clean bathrooms, a variety of choices and great service. Im so proud to be a Bronxite and I feel that with these new establishments people will finally start to see this borough for what it is and has to offer!! The Bronx is definetly burning with potential!!!

"On Bailey Street..."
There is plenty to do on this street in the Bronx, and the accessibility is a major string of what seems to be an endless collection of residential streets. There are many small business as well as small chain restaurants and not much to offer in the way of housing. You can catch the 1 train to 238th street, which could be your life line to the city
