"Heavy traffic if you dont mind it"
The majority of Ball Rd. consists of business, industrial patches, apartment and a few residential patches as well. I have a thing about living to close to major streets when considering a place to live. I feel like the sound of the constant traffic and the variety of people that pass by your home on a daily basis just aren’t appealing to me. I realize that is a personal preference and some people may love the fact that they can hear the sound of ongoing traffic from their living room window. I do feel however it is a great place for singles, students or couples who don’t intend to begin on the family journey just yet because the area is decent and living expenses seem affordable. For the family types I would be cautious of raising children in this area if you prefer to have the conventional type of neighborhood for your kids. The word convenience comes to mind when I think of Ball Road. There are restaurants, gas stations, plaza’s and freeways near this road. If those are some major perks you look for in your living area then Ball Road may not be so bad of a fit for you after all.
