West Ricky Ave, Anaheim Resort Area

W Ricky Ave has beautiful homes and seems like the perfect place to live. The street is very clean, quiet and the large homes start at over $500,000. This street is right near the Lake School Park and the schools in the neighborhood are pretty good. Ricky Ave is the definition of suburbia and isn't so cool for young singles, but this street is perfect for families. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention center are right around the corner so there can be a lot of traffic from the freeways to this area. Don't even try to park on this street to beat the parking lot fees since it is permit parking only and you will be towed. I've seen it happen many times.
