Bannam Place is located in North Beach. It is pretty much an alley. It is pretty short and has many apartment buildings on it. The apartment buildings are like three stories. It is in a pretty nice neighborhood. It is usually pretty busy down the street because there are many restaurants and stores nearby. This area is a pretty safe place usually. There is a popular froyo place down the street. It is close to North Beach Playground, which is usually pretty busy. Overall this would be a nice place to live if you want to rent an apartment.
