"Houses are nice, but you better lock your doors at night!"
Bayberry Ln. at a first glance is a very nice street. The homes are fairly new and are overall in good condition. The front yards of every home are maintained by the home owners association. But if your looking to live here don't be fooled by your first impression. Cars get broken into constantly due to the surrounding very bad neighborhood. The Bart station is very close and if you keep your windows open at night to escape the heat you will hear it all night long. The crime rate I'm sure is very high because you can hear the police helicopters flying overhead all night long. I feel sorry for the kids that live in this neighborhood because I'm sure the public school system near by is horrible. Overall I would only recommend living here if you have no children, park your car in the garage, keep your alarm on and your doors locked.
