"Mostly quiet neighborhood"

Beaver street is a mostly quiet area, expect for the locations close to schools. Residents often have problems with students from Mission College on Hubbard parking on the street, and Hubbard Elementary can cause huge traffic problems in the morning and afternoon. Close to parks and freeways.
