"Makes a loop in the Atlanta Civic Center."

This street is located conveniently off of Renaissance Way in the Atlanta Civic Center. It is very cool for anyone visiting the civic center. This is not a residential neighborhood but is mostly used by area residents that are coming to the civic center to enjoy the arts and performances there.
