"Beechfield Drive-- Walking distance to elementary school"
Beechfield Drive is a small and quiet street situated in the Los Verdes area in Rancho Palos Verdes. The street is nestled between Indian Rock Drive and Golden Meadow Drive (Beechfield Drive becomes Golden Meadow Drive). Most homes on this street were built in the early 60’s and most are under 2000 sqf. Some homes on this street face Via Coronel, which is actually located in Palos Verdes Estates. Via Coronel is a beautiful street with very expensive homes.
The local elementary school for Los Verdes is Vista Grande Elementary. It’s fun to walk or ride your bike to this school because the area around it is pretty flat. The school has several playgrounds with equipment, a nature garden, a soccer field, and several basketball courts. It’s fun to go there even if you don’t go to this school. The middle school for this area is Ridgecrest Intermediate School. Older students can choose between Palos Verdes High School and Peninsula High School. All schools are just minutes away.
The homes on Beechfield Drive range in the $800,000 to $1 million price. This is one of the least expensive areas in Rancho Palos Verdes. Beechfield Drive is a quiet street with friendly neighbors. Hawthorne Boulevard, which is one of the major streets on the Peninsula, is only minutes from Beechfield Drive.
