I don't know if I can think of 10, but here are some:

1. Walk around and see all of the cool historic homes, especially on Longwood Drive.
2. Have a (some) beer at a neighborhood Irish pub.
3. See the South Side Irish parade (there are rumors that it's coming back this year!)
4. Catch some art or entertainment at the Beverly Arts Center
5. Check out all of the old churches in the area
6. Grab some food at a neighborhood restaurant
