"It is a perfect place to raise a family!"
Neighbors help each other out, there is a mix of young couples and those with empty nests. Some neighbors like to take walks on the pubic paths, some like to have coffee together, and others like their privacy. Regardless of a homeowner's likes or dislikes, they won't be disappointed. This street/neighborhood is close enough to DC and Baltimore to commute or enjoy the museams and citylife, but far enough outside the beltways to enjoy the outdoors and safety of a peaceful community.
