"Fastest Growing little street in Vegas"
Blue Diamond, what a transformation you have undergone these past few years. It used to be "the" two lane road out to Pahrump, NV (a neighboring city of Las Vegas.) Now it has exploded into a 8 lane super street with thousands of houses, services and shops popping up every day. No more waiting for the trains either. The NDOT has built a huge crossover bridge at the once agonizing train tracks. Still anchored by the Silverton Hotel and Casino on the east beginnings of the road, it is now filled in with large expanses of shops, quick eats, and even a nursery. If you plan on moving to Vegas, this end of town is a must see. The newly redefined Blue Diamond Rd. only adds to the ease and accessibility of this area. And yet as you travel further west it still retains its rustic rural feel as it once again narrows down to two lanes as you leave town. Im still amazed at the change!!
