Broward or Palm Beach?

Looking to relocate in either Broward County (in the town of Davie), or in the Palm Beach area of Boca. Looking for safe, family friendly communities with great schools and affordable houses. My husband and I are both educators and we also hope to live and work in the close to the area in which we hope to live in.
