How much I need to support a family of 5 in Boca Raton?

Hi Dejesuse, This is a difficult question to answer. However, here is some real estate information: the average home sales price in Boca Raton as of end Oct. 2013 is $352K (the median is $235K). Rents for a 4 bedroom home start at $1500, (that is there are 2 small homes at that price as of 11/15/2013) but realistically most of the 4 bedrooms are $2800/month and over. This means that housing alone would take a considerable chunk out of your 40K. If you live frugally maybe you can get by on 100K. Hope this helps.
