"Residential street in Oceanview"
Broad St. is located in the Oceanview District. It is a residential street mostly. Used for transportation a lot but not extremely busy. The area is relatively safe in the daytime, but can be dangerous at night. It is close a few businesses and stores. It is also close to a small shopping center on Alemany. The Oceanview rec center is a couple blocks away. There is access to a few muni bus lines like the M, which runs on this street. This street would be an alright place to live.

"Street in a quiet neighborhood but near a freeway"
Broad Street starts on Orizaba Avenue and then connects to San Jose Avenue. This street is quiet and peaceful, however it is right next to San Jose Avenue and very close to the John F Foran Freeway. Residents here may constantly hear the sounds of the cars from the nearby John Foran Freeway as it is usually very busy. There are mainly houses here, all of which vary with size, style, and color. They are also the typical medium sized San Francisco homes. There are trees and small gardens here and there in front of the houses. The Ocean View Playground is a block away on Lobos Street. The closest Muni bus stops near Broad Street would be the M train on San Jose Avenue and the 54 bus on Plymouth Avenue.
